Eulalia Township is a small rural area in Potter County, Pennsylvania. It surrounds the borough of Coudersport and is bordered by Hebron Township to the north, Sweden Township to the east, Homer Township to the south, and Roulette Township to the west. The township covers 31.12 square miles (80.60 km2), all land, and had a population of 873 at the 2020 census (estimated 866 in 2021). Population density is about 27.9 people per square mile.

Eulalia was the first township in Potter County. When Potter County was created on December 5, 1810, the entire county was placed in Eulalia Township. It was named after Eulalia Deschapelles, the wife of John Keating, a land agent who led early settlers to the area; another account says it was the name of the first white child born there.

As of the 2000 census, there were 941 people, 305 households, and 233 families living in the township. The area is predominantly White, with small numbers of other races. The median household income was about $40,500, and the per capita income was about $27,200. A small percentage lived below the poverty line.

In 2018, the Coudersport Area Municipal Authority (CAMA) faced a plan by JKLM Energy to build a fracking wastewater plant near Eulalia Township. The proposal would have treated produced water and discharged treated water into the Allegheny River headwaters. The plan faced strong opposition from local residents and the Seneca Nation. Earlier, in 2016, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection fined JKLM for groundwater contamination from an unapproved surfactant, affecting six private wells in Eulalia and Sweden Townships. The plan also drew opposition from the Coudersport Borough Council and others; a resolution opposing siting was sent to CAMA for consideration.
