Death Sentence (Italian: Sentenza di morte) is a 1968 Italian spaghetti Western directed by Mario Lanfranchi. It stars Richard Conte, Robin Clarke, Enrico Maria Salerno, Adolfo Celi, and Tomas Milian.

The story follows four former bandits—the rancher Diaz, the gambler Montero, the hypocritical clergyman Baldwin, and the mentally distorted rover O'Hara—who are targeted by a man named Cash. Cash creates traps tailored to each man’s weaknesses, bringing them down one by one.

The film runs 90 minutes and is in Italian. It was produced by Sandro Bolchi and Alberto Puccini, with music by Gianni Ferrio, cinematography by Antonio Secchi, and editing by Franco Attenni. It was distributed by International Film Company and released on January 1, 1968.
