Charles Thomas de Lorraine, Prince de Vaudémont, Prince of Commercy (7 March 1670 – 12 May 1704) was a field marshal in the Austrian army and a member of the House of Lorraine. He was the only son of Charles Henri, Prince of Commercy, and Anne Élisabeth de Lorraine, and a grandson of Charles IV, Duke of Lorraine.

Although his father used the title Prince de Vaudémont, he held no land until 1708 when he received Commercy. From then on, his father was known as the Prince of Commercy and Charles Thomas was styled the Prince de Vaudémont.

Charles Thomas served in the Habsburg army against France. He had a brilliant career and in 1700 he became a Knight of the Golden Fleece. During the War of the Spanish Succession he fought in Italy under Eugene of Savoy, distinguishing himself at Cremona and Luzzara. In February 1704 he was made a Field Marshal, together with Guido Starhemberg.

He was fatally wounded in a minor battle near Ostiglia on 8 May 1704 and died four days later. He had no children.
