Bitragunta railway station (station code BTTR) is a small Indian Railways station in Bitragunta town, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It lies on the Vijayawada–Chennai section of the Howrah–Chennai main line and is part of the Vijayawada division of the South Central Railway zone.
The station has 3 platforms and 10 tracks. It is an on-ground station with parking available and is electrified. It sits about 15 meters above sea level.
History and significance: In 1968, a classification yard was built at Bitragunta, followed by a wagon repair depot that operated until 1998. The Bitragunta Railway Institute (formerly Western Culture Institute) was also located here.
