Betsy Jones-Moreland (April 1, 1930 – May 1, 2006) was an American actress born in El Monte, California. She started in secretarial jobs before moving into acting. Jones-Moreland performed on stage, joining the Valley Playhouse in Woodland Hills in 1958 and the Players Ring Theater in Los Angeles in 1960. She also appeared in The Solid Gold Cadillac on Broadway and toured with the show.

Her film career began in the mid-1950s with small roles in Roger Corman films, including a lead in Last Woman on Earth (1960). Afterward, she worked mostly in television through 1975. She guest-starred on Ironside and had a recurring role as a judge in Perry Mason television films in the early 1990s. Her first Perry Mason appearance was in 1959 as Lorrie Garvin in The Case of the Dubious Bridegroom.

Jones-Moreland also appeared in Have Gun - Will Travel as Topaz, a saloon hostess in the 1961 episode “Brother’s Keeper,” and played Nurse Brown in McHale's Navy in 1962. She was active in acting from 1956 to 1993 and passed away in 2006 at the age of 76.
