Armands Celitāns (born May 28, 1984 in Krāslava, Latvia) is a Latvian volleyball player. He plays as a middle blocker for Paris Volley and the Latvia national team, wearing number 8. He is 2.00 m tall and weighs 105 kg, with a spike reach of 355 cm and a block reach of 335 cm. He has played for the Latvia national team since 2006. His brother, Gundars Celitāns, is also a volleyball player. Last updated November 2013.
