Alexandre Mahamba (died 2 June 1966) was a Congolese politician who served as the first Minister of Land Affairs in the Republic of the Congo under Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba. He was a member of the MNC-L party and served from 24 June 1960 to 12 September 1960.

In May 1966, while at a meeting with military officials, Mahamba and three former ministers—Jérôme Anany, Emmanuel Bamba, and Évariste Kimba—were arrested by Mobutu's security forces. They were taken to a military camp, tortured, and accused of plotting to assassinate Mobutu and Prime Minister Léonard Mulamba and overthrow the government.

On 30 May 1966, they were tried by a military tribunal. The trial lasted about 90 minutes, they had no legal counsel, and they proclaimed their innocence, saying they were acting on orders from army officers. The judges found them guilty of treason and sentenced them to death, despite a Congolese law that did not treat plotting a coup as a capital crime.

On 2 June 1966, Mahamba and the other three men were publicly hanged in Léopoldville before a large crowd.
