2021–22 FC Krasnodar season
FC Krasnodar’s 2021–22 season was their 11th in the Russian Premier League. They finished 4th in the league and reached the Russian Cup Round of 32, playing home games at Krasnodar Stadium. The club’s chairman was Sergey Galitsky.
Managerial changes marked the season. Viktor Goncharenko started as head coach but was sacked on 5 January. Daniel Farke then took over on 13 January. Aleksey Antonyuk served as temporary head coach from 2 to 5 April, and Aleksandr Storozhuk became the head coach from 5 April.
Top scorer Eduard Spertsyan netted 8 goals in the league (8 in all competitions). The team’s attendance varied widely, with a highest home crowd of 24,485 against CSKA Moscow on 15 May 2022, a low of 491 against Rubin Kazan on 27 August 2021, and an average home league attendance of 11,448 (as of 21 May 2022).

Winter/spring disruption and departures:
- 24 February: Krasnodar’s home match vs Lokomotiv Moscow postponed due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
- 2 March: Daniel Farke and his coaching staff left by mutual consent; Aleksey Antonyuk briefly took charge.
- 3–5 March: Several players suspended their contracts and left the training base (including Wanderson, Kaio, Erik Botheim, Cristian Ramírez, Júnior Alonso, Jhon Córdoba, Viktor Claesson, and Rémy Cabella).

- 18 May: Erik Botheim’s agent announced Botheim had terminated his contract.
- 22 May: Yevgeni Gorodov, Alyaksandr Martynovich and Yury Gazinsky left Krasnodar after their contracts expired.
