The 2020 Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta was a women’s road cycling race near Madrid, held from November 6–8, 2020. It was the sixth edition of the Challenge by La Vuelta and the 11th and final race of the 2020 UCI Women’s World Tour. A third day of racing was added, and the race title changed as stages were held outside the Madrid region.

- The event included two short stages and an individual time trial, with the final day on the same finishing circuit used for the Vuelta a España.

- Each team could enter up to six riders, but several teams entered fewer
- 84 starters, 67 finished

Race route details
- Stage 1: 83 km, hilly, from Toledo to Escalona
- Stage 2: 9.3 km individual time trial in Boadilla del Monte
- Stage 3: 100.5 km Madrid criterium on the finishing circuit used for the Vuelta

- The event was organized by ASO, the same group that runs the Vuelta a España.
