The R39 is a provincial road in Mpumalanga, South Africa, linking Standerton and Ermelo. It starts in Standerton at Baumann Street in Florapark, where it meets the R50, R23 and R546. From there it runs northeast, with the Grootdraai Dam to the east. It meets the R38 near Standerton (the R38 heads north to Bethal) and continues northeast, crossing the Blesbokspruit before entering Morgenzon as Steyn Street. In Morgenzon it crosses the north–south R35. After leaving Morgenzon, the R39 continues northeast to Ermelo and ends at a T-junction with the N17 (Bethal Road/Joubert Street) just west of Ermelo town centre.

Length: 88.1 km (54.7 mi). Maintained by the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport (MDPWRT).
