Malila people
The Malila are a group of people and their language in southwest Tanzania. They mainly live in Momba District, Songwe Region. In 2003, about 65,000 Malila were counted. Their traditional homeland includes the wards of Isuto, Ilembo, Iwiji, Masoko, Santilya, Iyunga Mapinduzi, and parts of the Mbalizi Valley.
