King Lam Estate

King Lam Estate is public housing in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Po Lam MTR station. It has seven residential blocks with about 2,047 flats, built in 1990 and run by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. It is a mixed public housing estate, with some flats sold to tenants under the Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 4 in 2001. Nearby Ho Ming Court is a Home Ownership Scheme block with one block, also built in 1990.

In 2016, King Lam Estate had 14,367 residents. The median age was 52, and 98.2% were Chinese. The average household size was 2.8 people, and the median monthly household income was HK$26,000 (across all households).

The estate lies in the King Lam constituency of the Sai Kung District Council. It was represented by Cheung Wai-chiu from 2019 until July 2021.
